This policy explains how Renegade Yoga Institute ("Renegade Yoga", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit renegadeyoga.com, email us, call or text our studio number, or book classes with us.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us — your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, email us, call, or text us.
Messages and calls — the content of emails and text messages you send us, and transcripts of phone calls to our studio number (865) 229-6420.
Bookings and payments — class bookings, memberships, and payments are handled by our scheduling provider, WellnessLiving. Card details are processed by WellnessLiving and are never stored by us.
Website usage — pages visited and general device information, collected by Google Analytics.

How we use it

To answer your questions and respond to your calls, texts, and emails.
To manage your bookings, memberships, and teacher training enrollment.
To follow up on requests you make, such as a teacher training waitlist signup.
To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

Automated assistant

Calls and text messages to our studio number, and emails to info@renegadeyoga.com, may be answered by an automated AI assistant. The assistant uses your message or call transcript only to respond to you and to pass your request to studio staff when a person needs to help. Calls may be transcribed for this purpose.

Text messaging and your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the studio, and only as needed for them to do so: WellnessLiving (scheduling and payments), Twilio (phone calls and text messages), Microsoft (email), Resend (email notifications), Anthropic (the AI model behind our automated assistant), Cloudflare (spam protection on our forms), Google Analytics (website usage), and Fly.io (website hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep messages, call transcripts, and contact details only as long as needed to serve you and run the studio, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing info@renegadeyoga.com. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
