Your first visit

First-visit questions

Is my first class really free?

Yes. Any class on the schedule. Claim it with the First Class FREE button, which creates your WellnessLiving account, then book the class you want.

Which class should I take first?

Power Lunch at 12:15pm on weekdays is all levels and the friendliest introduction to how we teach. If you want something gentle, Slow Flow, Twilight Yin, Restorative and Breathwork are the easiest. The Signature classes and Power 75 are strenuous but open to most levels, so come when you're ready for a workout.

What do I bring?

A mat and water. If you forget your mat, we keep a few you can borrow.

How early should I arrive?

The front desk opens 15 minutes before each class, so 10 to 15 minutes early is ideal for a first visit.

Where do I park and which door do I use?

Free parking on site at 516 Renford Rd. Look for the white building with the Renegade Yoga logo painted on the wall; the entrance is the black door up the wooden steps beside it.

Is the studio heated?

No. Classes are strength-based, so you'll sweat, but the room is at normal temperature.

I'm not flexible. Will I be able to keep up?

You do not need to be flexible to start. Flexibility comes with practice. Every teacher gives options, and hands-on adjustments are how we help you find the pose your body can do today.

What happens after my free class?

Nothing automatic. If you liked it, the Introductory Offer is $60 for unlimited classes as a new student, or pay $10 to $30 per class depending on the class family. See pricing.
